Individual Therapy
One-on-one, personalized sessions in a weekly 50-minute appointment format.
Group Therapy
Heal in community. Learn coping skills and receive support from other like-minded individuals, guided by a licensed therapist. Groups form based on interest and availability.
EMDR Intensives
Longer, focused sessions (2-4 hours) designed to process trauma and difficult memories more thoroughly than traditional weekly appointments allow.
